If you like traveling as in 2000 years back this is the airlines for you. No app and their website does not work. No way to contact the airlines if you booked with an agent ( direct booking just does not work). Then deal with glitches all through. We requested vegetarian meals only to be told to remove the meat and eat what they had !!. The crew was rude. Not sure what the crew was happy about as all passengers were sullen and unhappy. Bags were damaged. My family asked me before the booking as they were even safe to travel with considering Neos is only a few years old. After noticing their responses I would not bet on safety of flights. No thanks to Neos for spoiling the our tour of Italy and France. Will be posting again to ensure noone has to suffer in the way we did. It may have been a one time experience but the lack of crew training and handling of matters makes it unsafe to fly with Neos.

First time with Neos on a flight from Milan to Almaty. It was such a good experience I just had to leave a review. Great food on board, complimentary blankets and the flight attenders were next level. So kind, smiling and helpful. Little attentions throughout the flight. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced that on an airline in Europe… will be back!

Connection WAW-NOS. Literally the worst flying experience in my life (even worse than well known cheap lines). Unfortunately I had to spend over 10 hours in their aircraft. During return it turned out that we have additional refueling stop in Mombasa which was planned for approx 2 hours and caused 3 hours of total delay). Whole flight took 12 hours during which only one pack of crackers and one small meal were served. Cabin crew told that only water is available. After “main dish” nothing was served for the remaining 7 hours of flight. Not even a juice (not to mention alcohol). Cabin crew is lousy, not particularly doing anything and just sitting. Real cheap behavior. What’s funny - after flight I met cabin crew staying in the same hotel as me Courtyard Marriott Warsaw Chopin Airport which is not so cheap ;-)

Do not travel with NEOS. We thought we were travelling to Italy on an Italian airline but we were not; our flight to Milan was a nightmare. The return flight to Toronto from Milan was worse. The staff were rude, lost our luggage in Toronto & there is a 1-person travel agency in Toronto which doesn't know how to communicate deals with you. Will never travel with this airline again.

We bought round trip Milano-Cancun. We paid a lot considering that is a low cost airline (1300 euro/person 3 months in advance). The planes are old, dirty and the services are lousy. It is an 13 hour nightmare trip. They advertise their new dreamliner plane, while 90% of the flights they operate with the old ones. The economy plus is a fraud, the seats are the same as normal economy ones. Bring your own food! In 15 hours we received a small meal (pasta,some prosciutto and a small sweet +a sandwich after 9 more hours -a woman on diet can survive with this intake, the others not so sure. I heard only complains from people who were hungry. No possibilities for onboard paid food. On top, they did not announce us in advance about the exit fee of 65 USD/person only cash- a Mexican fee in the airport. We were close of losing the plane because of the 40 minutes line at the only ATM machine that was working in the airport. All the other flight agencies announces this fee or offer the possibility to pay it when buying the ticket. Only 5 kg onboard luggage/person. DO NOT FLY WITH NEOS unless no other option.
